Dr. Sonja Kissling

With her company Family Business Matters, Sonja Kissling, advises family businesses with complex family relationships in governance questions and decision-making processes. In doing so, she accompanies the owner families in the discussion and decision on questions of the owner strategy, organization and involvement in the company. She is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (Law & Economics) and at the University of Liechtenstein. Sonja Kissling, after her legal activity with a focus on corporate law, M&A and capital market law, specialized during her LL.M. studies at Columbia University, New York, on conflict resolution processes and negotiations and through her dissertation at the Center for Family Business at the University of St.Gallen in the area of family business.
