Stephen Lawrence

Stephen trained as a Chartered Surveyor and has been a property investor for the past 25 years, investing in Property Companies and Investments both in the UK and across Europe. Stephen has been involved in developing several platforms with over £5 billion of Real Estate including: UK Light Industrial, Central London Offices, European Last Mile logistics and Light Industrial, Netherlands light Industrial and Warehousing, Pan European Warehousing development, UK Warehousing development and, has owned, in partnership, trophy buildings such as Royal Exchange and Chelsea Harbour. His aim is to bring his knowledge of the institutional property market to develop the cold storage and food production industries that leads the industry to set a new standard for Operators, Financiers, Users and Investors. Current flagship investments and projects include Magnavale, a leading UK based cold storage operator and Thames Enterprise Park (TEP), a site being developed to become a market leading ‘next generation’ manufacturing, logistics and energy hub.
